Hey there, I'm having a lot of problems with gixen for some reason. My account is getting this error a lot: AUCTION RESTRICTED: BIDDER HAS UNPAID ITEMS

I hope someone can help me out I don't get why i'm getting these errors. It seems if i win just 1-3 items, i then get this error and then gixen stops working. It fixes if i pay for the items (sometimes) but this never happened to me before.

The status is not related to the number of items you have scheduled to pay for, but to the number of unpaid item strikes that you have on your Ebay account.

... so far, it appears that the error only occurs where a buyer has unpaid item strikes in the past 12 months and the seller has selected that as an option to block such bids.

If you think this is not true in your case please email Mario at the support address given on the Contact tab above and he can look behind the scenes at exactly what page was returned by Ebay. Please refer back to this thread in any email, and always give your Ebay id as well as the auction numbers of the affected snipes.
