3 second snipe setting for

when I enter a snipe I notice the pull down tab showing a 3 second snipe setting, But I cannot find any info on it in the forum. Can my snipes go 3 seconds before the auction close? Is that more riskly than the 6 second setting?

Yes, your snipes can be sent 3 seconds before the auction closes and yes, it is more risky.
