I tried to add a snipe but got this error code
250320810232
I tried the search function to identify it but can't find any reference to it. What does it mean/how do I fix it please.
I recently strengthened my password with Ebay and managed to place one snipe using my new, stronger password successfully.
If it matters I tried placing the snipe for $16,000.00 and then tried $9,000.00 with no success - just the same error code:250320810232. What am I doing wrong?

| Tony, is this the item number you tried to add? There is no such error code to the best of my knowledge. Also, what is your ebay username? |

Thanks for your reply.
My EBay user name is Verden11 as above.
The full error message is in red: Could not add this item (250320810232).
You are correct , the number is also the EBay item number.

I found the problem and getting this fixed. If you are in a hurry, you can add this item if you change your target server to the US (from UK) on your Gixen settings page, and add the item. After you add it, you can switch back your target server to the UK.
Or you can just wait for an hour or two until I fix this. |

Thanks, I have one snipe due on U.K. Ebay in 4 hours so I'll leave the target server as U.K. My next snipe is on EBay USA in 4 days ,so I'll switch target server after the U.K. auction. I don't want to mess up my U.K. snipe !

Fixed, thank you for reporting the issue.
By the way, the target settings is used at the time you add your snipe. So if you add a snipe while target is set to UK, UK target server will be used for that snipe regardless of whether you change that setting later or not. |
