When i login I am warned that my subs have ended but haven't. when I go into my settings to check this out as advised it says my subs are valid until December 2026. Any advice on the way forward please?

Are you making the distinction between:

Your Subscription, which you pay for.... First section of the Settings page

and...

Your Authorisation which has to be renewed at least once every 18 months... Second section of the Settings page.

?

If so, which one is it actually saying is about to run out ?
