| Log in to Gixen and click on the "Settings" button. You will see your subscription (scroll down if needed). Then click on the subscription id link. This will take you to paypal where you can modify it, change funding source, or cancel it. |

It's on the page you get to after logging in, also known as the 'My Snipes' page.
There are images of it in this blog.
Let us know if your page doesn't look like that... are you perhaps using a mobile browser ? Then it does look a bit different, but it's still near the top between the \"Purge Completed\" and \"History\" buttons. _________________ Mark |

You should be able to do this yourself by going to the Settings page, finding the transaction after the first section of the page, and clicking on the link there.
This should take you to Paypal where they will provide you the option of cancelling any future payments.
If you require a refund of any previous payments you will need to email Mario direct with the details, including your Gixen id and when the payment was taken. The support address that he monitors is given on the Contact page. _________________ Mark |

|
|
| I've reviewed all the instructions on the Cancel Mirror forum discussion and cannot figure out how to cancel mirror. I've found the \"Support\" page - reviewed it for a cancel link. I've also followed the link from my current subscription id - to paypal - but there is no paypal option I can find to cancel it. Would appreciate help getting to the point I can cancel it. |

It's definitely once you are on the Paypal site that you can cancel future recurring payments.
All payments that Gixen receives from Paypal are as the result of them sending it, without a request from Gixen.
If you still can't find it on their site, please email Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact page, including your Gixen id and details about the Paypal payment, and I'm sure he will provide further assistance. _________________ Mark |

| Once you cancel, you can still use gixen mirror for the remainder of your subscription period, right? For example, if someone bought a 2 year subscription and cancelled paypal link after 6 months, the person can continue using gixen mirror for next 18 months, right? |

Yes, so long as you don't get a refund on a payment, you still get what you've already paid for.
If you ever need to sign up again for payments (after what you've currently paid for expires) then, of course, that will be at the rate quoted at that time, which may be higher than it is now.
Existing payment arrangements don't get revised upwards, at the moment. I guess Mario might want to change that in the future though as it's not particularly sustainable for the service to continue to charge existing customers at old rates, for the current service.
It should also be noted that recurring rates are lower for a reason, that being that an ongoing commitment to the service is acknowledged, so cancelling part way through should really reduce the term to the equivalent of the non recurring rate, since that commitment is being withdrawn... but I don't think that actually happens, at the moment. Once again perhaps Mario being over generous in his implementation. _________________ Mark |
