| How does one stop auto-renewal of a Gixen subscription? My subscription was recently renewed for two additional years when the subscription was not due to expire until 2027. I tried contacting support regarding this and received no response.. |

I don't recall receiving your email, my apology, maybe it was filtered out by the mail service.
Go to the settings page, you will see your subscription there. Click on the Paypal subscription ID, this will take you to paypal where you can cancel it. |

| Thank you for responding Mario. In the original message I sent to support, I requested a refund of the amount charged to my Paypal account that extended my subscription to 2029. Will you be able to do this for me? |
