Following the link I am taken to PayPal and asked to authorise $9.99.
This is okay but the onlu payment option given is from my UK bank account. I have lots of dollars in my PayPal account so wish to use those. |

Have you tried asking Paypal about this ?
Perhaps you could try changing your default method of payment, in your Paypal account, before trying again ?

| PayPal default method is from PayPal funds. Can you send me the PayPal account name so I can send a payment directly. |
