Stop Recurring Payments

Everytime I go to PayPal > Settings > Automatic payments > Cancel

The page says \"please cancel your subscription on GIXEN.com.\"

Is there any way to stop a recurring payment without cancelling a membership that you already have?

The settings page on Gixen has a subscription ID that leads no where on PayPal.

Certainly the last time Mario looked into this the intention was that the link on the Settings page should lead you to somewhere on Paypal where you could manage/delete the subscription.

If that's not working any more he may need some help from the users in updating the link so that it does get to where you need it to go.

Please email him direct at the support address given on the Contact page, making sure to include your Gixen id, as well as a description of this issue, a link to this thread might also be useful.

Then I'm sure he will be happy to sort this out for you, and, as I say, some assistance with what the link should be might also be appreciated.

Canceling paypal auto-renewal will not cancel your existing Gixen subscription. Whatever you already paid will be honored.
