Hello,
I am trying to subscribe to Gixen's premium service, but I am encountering an issue with the PayPal payment process.
Whenever I attempt to complete the transaction, the payment fails or does not go through. |

At what stage does it fail, there are a few steps you have to go through to make the payment ?
Is there an error message that you are presented with ?

| On the final steps when choose payment method. The message is \"Sorry, we weren't able to authorize your card. Please choose another way to pay.\" My card is active and I use it. |

Gixen does not control this, so there is nothing I can do.
The only other option is to pay directly using your credit card via Stripe. You can access these payment options on the Gixen settings page. |
