Hi, I just bought a year's subscription about an hour ago and it hasn't activated yet - I've seen in other posts that it normally only takes a few minutes so I wanted to check whether there's an issue.
I only have one Gixen account and I've checked that I've used the correct login details. I've received an email from Gixen confirming the subscription (I actually got four of the same email!) and one from PayPal confirming the payment.
Just let me know if there's anything else I should do, or if it's just a case of waiting. Thanks!

If it's not activated within a few hours please email the details, including your Gixen id, direct to Mario, at the support address on the Contact page. _________________ Mark
