free monthly snipes

How are the 4 free snipes per month determined? Calendar month? Or some kind of rolling month? It is March 1 and my free snipes have not been reset. That is, I still cannot enter a new snipe because of monthly limit of four. If it's some kind of rolling month how can I determine when they will be reset? I cannot check my history because I'm using the free service.

Yes, it's a rolling month, so you have to wait for one of your winning snipes to be a month old before you can enter a new one.

I'd suggest using Ebay to keep tabs on them, if it were me I'd add them to a list on there.
