resetting password

I am not able to sign in using what I believe is my password. I just get an error message telling me it does not match. ("Password is not a match. Could not log you in (128, )").I don't see anywhere except on this forum page to request a new password reset but even that did not work as it told me the user name does not match my email -- but I have been getting email from Gixen at that address for a couple years. How can I reset my password?? There are items I was planning on bidding on today.

I am a Gixen Mirror subscriber and was last charged via paypal on my anniversary date last Spring so that should still be active.
