why has Gixen ceased showing up on my eBay site?

I have a current Gixen account. Until a few days ago, the Gixen tab was displayed on my eBay site but has since disappeared. I haven't changed any passwords so I am confused as to why and how to remedy. Any suggestions.

I assume you mean the browser plug-in, for which support is provided on this thread ?:

Which browser you are using is, of course, very significant for that, as is which Ebay site you interact with.

As a workaround, I would recommend logging in to the web interface using your Gixen credentials followed be the 'LOG IN NOW' button, I find the easiest way to get to that is to select the 'My Snipes' button near the top right of the page. Once logged in you can enter you snipes maually by cutting and pasting the auction ids from Ebay into the 'eBay Item Number:' box, your snipe amount into the 'Your bid:' box and then pushing the 'Add' button.
