Paid for additional recurring subscription by mistake

Hi, I saw an email advising that we should subscribe to the recurring subscription before 1st September to save some money

I did that, but I forgot that I already had an existing 2 year recurring subscription

I cancelled the new subscription in PayPal and left the old one.. but not sure what to do about the initial payment?

Can I get it refunded or will it count towards my next subscription payment which is due on September 15th?

Says bottom of my snipes page that my mirror subscription is good until 14th September.

How do I create a recurring subscription now to retain the original pricing?
