275415595224. Strange; I specifically remember copying and pasting this into the original post.

"You are not eligible to bid on this item due to seller restrictions." on both tabs which as was explained to me here previously meant that my bid amount was not high enough to meet increment rules of eBay.

I am doubtless among the most frequent buyers of this seller's items.

I'd be interested in where you were advised that message had anything to do with your bid amount ?... I don't recall seeing any such advice here.

That message indicates a restriction imposed by the seller, have you had any sort of dispute with them recently ?

If not, perhaps they have just imposed (or you reached) a selling limit that they have for how much any one user can buy from them.

I think the first port of call is to ask them if they have any restrictions like that.

eBay hasn't provided any additional details. It's something the seller put in place - shipping restriction, reputation restriction or something else.
