| I am using an iPhone 12 promax with the latest updates installed. Anytime I press on the green plus button to add a snipe the app crashes and closes. |

| The app is somewhat outdated and needs an overhaul or a complete re-write. Please use www.gixen.com, it has a very good mobile web interface. |
