Can't See Comments Field

I have an active mirror subscription however I can't see a comments field. It is enabled in my settings.

There should be a field between Offset (Mirror): and the 'Add' button on the snipes page that you can type into.

It is a feature that is only enabled for Mirror subscribers, do you have an active subscription ?
