I can't log in and can't get the system to send me a reset code.

The happened last time too. Never got a password reset.

It has been over 10 minutes.
I checked my spam folder
I get the username reminder email but not the password reset.

Your password reset function is a bunch of crap. You send it to 2 different e-mail addresses but only one is arriving.

If you are going to send a message to 2 different e-mail addressed then send it in 2 different e-mails
