| Occasionally when I open the website on my Windows 10 laptop using Chrome the fields at the top for the username and the password are not there. Refreshing does not help. I usually just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Legacy site link and I can log in from there. Any suggestions on what might be happening would be good. Thanks |

I think the fields are not there any more when it detects that you are still logged in on that computer.
Have you tried pressing the 'My Snipes' button to get back to your snipes ?
