Unresolved login problem.

Gixen will not accept my password and has not (after many, many tries) sent me a password reset link although it has my correct user name and email address.

I have gotten nowhere with my problem and no help from Gixen.

How do I remove Gixen from my computer.

I have been forced to set up eSnipe again.

Disappointed, but want to move on with resolution so on to eSnipe.

Obviously;y, I will no longer make financial contributions to Gixen.

This appears to be your first post on this forum, from this IP address, is there another thread that you posted on from elsewhere ?

Have you tried emailing Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact page ?

As to removing Gixen, this really depends on specifically which features you have installed or enabled, for instance the Firefox Addon that displays a link on auction pages by removing it from Firefox; A mobile App can be deleted from your phone but it depends what type of phone you have the exact procedure for doing so; Removing a subscription needs to be done via Paypal etc.
