Hi...
I have been having problem since the new Gixen interface.
I am in Canada, but I have two Gixen accounts, one with a Canadian address for items delivered to Canada, and a totally separate USA account for items delivered to the USA.
The Canadian account works properly, but suddenly the US account will not accept my bids.
I get the following error message: "Could not add this item... auction or money format not valid - This snipe may have been entered too late into Gixen and may not be executed."
This has never been a problem before.
I am on a Mac using the latest system.
Any help would be appreciated. THANKS |

This is the message that you get when Gixen isn't receiving any input from the 'Your bid:' box on the snipes page, what exactly is being input there ? Including any leading or trailing blanks or tabs ?

This has nothing to do with account - you must be entering something wrong. Can you copy / paste the exact (and complete) error message? |

Thanks for your replies... but...
strangely, today it is working!
I’m wondering if I simply needed to refresh the page?
If I have any more problems I’ll ask again.
