It most often means that the bid was rejected by Ebay because it was lower than one bid increment more than the current auction price.
It can also indicate that your account previously placed a higher bid, Ebay won't accept a lower bid at a later stage. This would only happen if you also placed a bid on the auction independently from your snipe with Gixen.
