Paypal account limitation after subscibing to mirror!

After subscribing to the Mirror service (and winning my bid - thanks!) I had notification form Paypal that my account had been limited until I explained what 'redsteve idec2020r' referred to.
I told them that it's my username on here but could only assume that 'idec2020r' was maybe a Gixen ID for a recurring payment started in 2020.
If you could clarify why that appeared on my payment and what it means, that would be great.

I'm surprised as to why paypal would do that...

As you noted, the first identifier is your Gixen username. The second one is a reference to the specific payment link you used - this helps me understand how and where from users decide to subscribe to Gixen. Nowdays I rarely look at that, as I found it to be irrelevant.
