You really need to forward the email to Mario at the support address given on the contact tab above.
Transaction ids are not the same for the person paying as for the person receiving.
If you authorised a recurring payment via Paypal you can also cancel any future payments yourself, via the Paypal website.

Paypal can take a while to inform you when a payment occurs, especially on a Sunday when they have a lot of traffic...
Usually if you are in a hurry it is quicker to log into their website and view the activity there, that usually gets updated almost immediately after a transaction occurs.
