Purchased subscription but its asking me to pay again...

I checked my PayPal and I see my subscription up to date... happy to send you the transaction id.

Started January 29, 2019, a 2 year subscription.

Theres no ebay item number

In the Paypal transaction there should be a reference to the Gixen Id that it applies to.

Is this exactly the same as the id that you are logging in to ?

Is it scheiny ?

Also are you certain it's your subscription it's talking about (as detailed in the first section on the Settings page) and not the authorisation for Ebay to bid on your Ebay account (as detailed in the second section on the Settings page) ?
