Is it possible that you have more than one Gixen account registered ?
A reference to the Gixen ID of the account for which it relates should be included in the payment confirmation that you get from Paypal. Is this exactly the same as the account that you are logging in to ?
You can check how many accounts you have registered using this page.
If you have more than one perhaps the subscriptions have been credited to a different account ?
