I have a suspicion that I am not using the Gixen service correctly, or at the very least, not to its full potential. I really hate asking silly questions and making my self look stupid, and wasting other folks' time. That said, I have flipped through the site numerous times and can't find this anywhere at all.

Is there an actual user guide for Gixen that explains how to use each of the features, for both the online version and the desktop version? I know most is self-explanatory, but as I said, I worry I am not using this app correctly and costing myself auctions, especially when I see my bids appearing WAY too early, losing bids I shouldn't have lost, and so forth.

At the very least, I am looking for detailed information on how the OFFSET functions (main and mirror) work, the grouping feature, expanded info on the settings area on the website, and so forth.

I think you should first of all read all the information on the FAQ tab above.

If you're still wondering about features I'd also recommend looking at the posts in the Announcements section of this forum.
