| i am a mirror subscriber but i cant find how to get to where i can use contingency group or muilti-win group. it only shows me group numbers. could someone point me in the right direction please? |

Both these features are not enabled by default.
You enable and configure them via the Settings page which you get to by pushing the Settings button after you have logged in here via the web interface.
