I just lost two auctions with the same error "missing access token" The latest being this one:
Item: 362905880006
Status (main): Missing access token
Status (mirror): UNKNOWN ERROR (4)
Both the new and legacy authorizations are active and my subscription is good until September.
What is the issue? I have more snipes waiting (the first in 8 hrs from now) and do not want to miss out on these because of this error.

You can also check your authorisation on the Ebay side.
They are under:
My eBay->Account (tab)->Site preferences->Third-party authorisations
If I were in your situation I would renew the authorisation anyway and then also reschedule all my snipes to ensure that they then used the new authorisation I had just set up.

Thanks Mark. I discovered since that my two Gixen accounts interfere with eachother. The one taking data from the other. I reported it directly and hope to see a solution soon.
I did reauthorize the second account and my last snipe now went through so I hope that fixed it for now. |
