Paid subscription twice in 2019

I tried responding to support about this but no reply.
From settings "Your Gixen mirror subscription is good until Sat, Mar 18, 2023"
It appears I've paid my Gixen subscription twice this in 2019 but only seeing credit for 2 years.
On 3.3.2019 I paid for 2 years.
On 9.3.2019 I again paid for 2 years.

Looking at what you've put here is it possible that you have two different accounts, perhaps '358r' and 'pricingr' ?

However I also note that Sat, Mar 18, 2023 is more than 2 years in the future, and the payments you have quoted here are both last year, so do you think there are even more credits that you would have expected to be credited to your Gixen account ?
