What do you see? If eBay authorization issue, you can renew it from the Gixen settings page. You have to do this, I can't - ebay requires it every 18 months. Please email me if you can't find the option.

Tried to snipe something and keeps saying my subscription has expired, but I found through PayPal I have paid THREE TIMES (probably my bad for not checking first) so I really need two things:

1. Please can you refund two of the three.
2. Explain why I can’t snipe owt?

Please can you state exactly what the error message is that you are getting ?

Is it possible that you have more than one Gixen account ? Perhaps your payments were credited to a different one from that to which you are logging in to ?

Have you emailed Mario, as he requested above, because it's only that way that he can match your subscription to your email address and therefore your payment.

Barnabee, please email me and include your ebay username and Gixen username. I will issue refunds for extra payments, however not sure why you are unable to use your account regardless of mirror subscription - could it be expired eBay authorization?
