I have used and subscribed to Gixen for many years and find it's an invaluable service. However, I am unable to use the mirror service when I log in.

When I visit the settings page it tells me that I have not subscribed or activated Gixen Mirror - but I have! Sad

This is an extract from my confirmation email:

We have received your payment for Gixen Mirror service.


And this is an extract from my SETTINGS page after I've logged in:

Gixen Mirror Subscription Status
You have not yet subscribed to or activated Gixen Mirror.

eBay authorization token status: Active.
Your eBay authorization for eBay account r******kz expires on Mon, Aug 31, 2020.

Is it possible that you could have set up more than one Gixen account, perhaps even more than one linked to the same Ebay account ?

No, one Ebay account and one Gixen account which is linked to it. Straightforward, no groups just simple bidding.

OK Robin,

Only Mario has access, behind the scenes, to be able to check why a Mirror subscription has not been applied to your Gixen account.

Please email him direct at the support address given on the Contact tab above. Please include your Gixen id (not your Ebay id although that could also be useful), and if possible, the date and transaction id for the Paypal payment that you made in November that you think should have been used to update the Mirror status of your Gixen account.

It would also be useful if you could also provide him a link to this thread so that he can provide an update for us all here on the community forum.
