Just had a bid fail . Item 142732214053
Status:
Auth token is invalid. Validation of the authentication token in API request failed.
Next problem
Can not retrieve Ebay watchlist
All bidding watch list can not be imported via web, desktop manager and mobile apps. Both problems started after installing the android app |

This is probably because the authorization for Gixen on your eBay account has expired. Here are the instructions for (re)authorizing Gixen on your eBay account.
1. Log in to your Gixen account.
2. Click the [Settings] button at the top right of your Gixen account page.
3. Follow the link to (Re)Authorize Gixen on your eBay account.
4. You will be taken to an eBay log in page. Log in to your eBay account and follow the instructions to authorize Gixen on your eBay account.

Did you last authorise your account 9 days ago ?
How long have you been using Gixen with this Ebay account ?
Did you have many successful snipes before you started to encounter this issue ?

Yes, I first reauthorized 9 dayś ago when the watch list stopped importing.
I use gixen with this account about five years.
I have more than 10 winning bits through gixen. |

The authorization was clearly no longer valid ("Auth token is invalid. Validation of the authentication token in API request failed.").
In some cases I have seen this happen when users change their eBay password on eBay. Either way - go to the settings page and re-authorize Gixen on eBay.
It's wise not to make such changes (e.g. password change) on your eBay account after you schedule a snipe. If your authorization is no longer good you will not be able to schedule a snipe, which is a good thing - it's better to find that out at that moment than to have a snipe fail. |

eBay password has not been changed recently. Problems began to occur after installing the first available version of the android app.
Re-authorization has not resolved this error. Manually added ebay item was not auctioned with "Auth token is invalid. Validation of authentication token in API request failed"
Now I changed my eBay password and re-authorized it. Watch list still can not be loaded |

Just to be clear: Are you experiencing this only when using the Android app, or also when logging into Gixen from a browser?
