I put a max bid of 130 and the auction ended at 102.50 I cannot tell if I was the winner or not.
It says this in status but I am not sure on how to proceed from here.

I also did not have a paypal account setup before hand.I did set it up now. |

| Did you check the item at eBay to see if a bid was placed or not? It certainly appears eBay blocked your snipe and is requesting more information in order to verify your eBay account. |
