Server not responding errors / Timeouts

The gixen.com web site seems very slow, and I have received two timeouts (server not responding) when adding auction bids. Any ideas?

same herer, was the same last Sunday again. Not good. paid subscription.

I have tried multiple browsers and my internet connection is good.

Specific error message from Chrome (angle brackets added to get around web address check):
This site can’t be reached

<www>.gixen.com refused to connect.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
