My laptop has died and until I can get it repaired I need to manage my Gixen bidding from a Windows phone. The log-in is not popping up an on screen keyboard for me when I position the.cursor in the user id box. So I cannot log in. I need to cancel a couple of snipes as I have already bought equivalents. What is wrong?

Appears to depend on which screen you are trying to log in from
