I just put an auto bid on an item, and the closing price was well under my bid (over GBP 80), but my bid was not executed. The main page, just says 'ENDED' and has the current price at over GBP 100 less than the actual closing price (and GBP 200 less than my bid).
Any ideas as to what might have caused this, and how I could prevent it happening again? |

Here are a couple of possibilities:
1. You set your offset too low. (This assumes you are a mirror subscriber and have the capability of adjusting the offset.)
2. You edited/added your bid too close to the auction's ending time (so that Gixen didn't have enough time to set up and place your bid).
Or, it might be something else.
Email Mario at the Gixen support address found by clicking the [Contact] tab at the top of the Gixen homepage. Be sure to include your Gixen username and the auction ID so that he can look it up in the logs. _________________ John

It might also be because of a network interface issue on the Main server that Mario posted about here. _________________ John
