Could not add this item

I keep trying to add an auction for bid and instead keep getting "Could not add this item" every time I try. What am I doing wrong?

Are you certain that is is an auction, and not a 'Buy It Now' only item?

Also make sure you format the an=mount correctly, without any currency symbols or letters, (the currency is always whatever the auction is listed as having)... and that you only have one period.

If that does not help resolve the issue, please provide the auction number for the auction you are having trouble adding a snipe for, then someone here is more likely to be able to help.

What is the eBay item number in question?

Are you trying to add a store's inventory or producct id number instead of the actual eBay item number?
