FYI, I split your post from the thread it was on, since it has a different topic.
The 'sign in information not valid' status means that Gixen was not able to log into your account for some reason, when it came time to place your bid.
Did you also get this status on the Mirror tab?
For issues that may involve your specific credentials, which you can't disclose here on an open forum, it is often faster and easier to resolve them via email. Mario can be contacted directly at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above. Always include your Ebay id, and the auction ids of auctions you need him to look at in such emails. Never include your password, though it might be useful to include specific special characters as you have here.
It might not be an error with your credentials, if you have not changed them, since they must have worked at least once in the past for you to have been able to st up the snipe with those credentials associated with it. It is possible that Ebay put a temporary block on your account logging in via the Gixen server. That can happen for quite a few reasons, like getting your password wrong either directly or via Gixen over the past week or so... or because you have changed the location that you normally log in from substantially.. in those instances, fortunately, Ebay usually removes the block within a day or so, and you can then carry on as normal. _________________ Mark |
