ebay id 222298990883
first time use, got all excited, and heard nothing after the finish time, not even to tell i'd lost. as my bid was not placed.
I cannot find why as the error button keeps sending me to the ebay expired item that i lost.
my gixen bid was higher than the winning bid.
No recriminations, as being the first use i put it down to the learning curve.
But not knowing why is frustrating

What was the status that Gixen gave the snipe after it had completed?

It just happened again an hour ago.
Item number 222324501380. Under status it said "sign in information not valid. Wondering how this could be when I have been checking the gixen bid and logging in once a day. Please help I really want to use this service. Thank you![/img]
Also gixen keeps logging me out when I search around or switch from home to community.
I do have a ! in my password. |

I can answer the second part:
Gixen only keeps you logged in for the purpose of creating snipes or viewing your snipes. If you switch to any other page - including the community/forums page - you will be logged out.
To work around that if you want, right click on the Community tab and open it in another browser window.
NB: This has nothing to do with the problem with your snipes. You don't need to be logged in here for gixen to execute snipes - so that's a problem that needs sorting out. |
