| I used to be able to use gixen, but it not longer accepts my credentials. I can log into ebay no probs. My username has an exclamation (!) mark in it, is this now an issue with Gixen? |

I don't think the exclamation mark is the problem.
Is it claiming that your credentials are incorrect when you try to log in?
It is possible that though you have the correct credentials, Ebay is preventing you from logging in from a different location... i.e. via the Gixen server.
Usually such action by Ebay is temporary and if you wait a day or so you can once again log in.
Have you tried logging in via a different location?
Have you got your password wrong when trying to log into your Ebay account directly in the past few days? That can also trigger Ebay taking this action.

| Also: Are you using your eBay user name to log in here or your eBay email address? Gixen log only works with your eBay user name. |

Just tried again, still not letting me in.
| Code: | Password is not a match. Could not log you in.
eBay refused your password.
|
I'm using my eBay username, which has an exclamation mark in it, and the correct password. I can sign in and out of ebay website just fine so I know it's correct. I tried from a different PC in another country and recieved:

Your account has been suspended for the following reason: Too many failed login attempts (2).
The suspension will automatically be lifted after one hour. Please verify your password on eBay first before trying again. |

The suspension from logging in here is removed after an hour or so.
If the problem persists, please email Mario direct at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above.
In the email please include your Ebay id, but NOT your password,
