Bids not being done by Gixen

Dear Mario,
Im using gixen for years now, never had a problem.
Recently it started to show the "Auction restricted" message in all ended auctions, but even so it never missed an auction.
Unfortunately, last couple of days it missed some auctions I had bids done hours before the auctions end.

Some examples:
302025666189
and
302024640515

They are still in my gixen list.
In the auctions, the bids simply doesnt appear at the bid history list. Can you verify why that happened?

Did you get 'Auction restricted' as the status for both these auctions on both the Main and Mirror tabs?

Have you tried placing any manual bids recently?... If not I recommend that you do so in order to find out whether or not Ebay has blocked your account from bidding from any location, not just from Gixens' servers.

Do you have your ebay interface set to display information in Portuguese? Please switch it to English - sniping services work by parsing web pages, and Portuguese is not recognized and hence not parsed correctly.

You should see an option to do this in the upper right corner. Let me know if this resolves the problem.

It was in portuguese indeed. I set it to english now.

Before that, even with the errors, some of the bids were done. I won a couple of auctions using gixen at the very same day gixen failed to bid on a different couple of auctions. The problem seemed to be somewhat random.

I hope the change of language solves this for all my bids.
