log in problem in Gixen

I have log in problem in Gixen, I wrote same ID and Password what I have on ebay.

I tried to log in only one time but it said
"Your account has been suspended for the following reason: Too many failed login attempts (5).
The suspension will automatically be lifted after one hour. Please verify your password on eBay first before trying again."

Yesterday it said that ID and Pass is incorrect, but I wrote same what I have on ebay

I recommend leaving it 24 hours before trying again.

Unfortunately, Ebay are now very sensitive to incorrect password attempts on their site... so if you get it wrong, from any location, just a couple of times they can then sometimes take action against your account that prevents an automated service like Gixen from logging in at all, even when you are using the correct credentials.

Fortunately such action by Ebay is usually temporary, which is why I suggest leaving it for a day before trying again.

If the problem persists after that please email Mario direct at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab, please include your Ebay id in that email, he may then be able to suggest other things that you could try in order to be able to once again log into the Gixen sniping service.

Can't log in. Definitely used correct ID and password.
This has happened before and is very frustrating. I don't have 24 hours to wait as item ends soon.
Otherwise great service!
