Bid failed - EBAY ERROR: BID FLOW RESET (2)

Hi,

apparently two auctions failed with following message within gixen:


131853260376 EBAY ERROR: BID FLOW RESET (2)

131853269176 EBAY ERROR: BID FLOW RESET (2)


Instead gixen auctioned one article I did not bid:

131853272238

This auction did not display in gixen, but still ebay showed me as winner.

4 days ago ebay informed me that my account could have been hacked, I changed password and with new passowrd I put the bids in gixen.

If anybody has an idea what happend.

I don't think anyone has reported before that Gixen has bid on something they gad not scheduled a snipe for.

Had you scheduled a snipe on that item before you changed your password?

He errors are an indication that perhaps Ebay wants you to update something on your account... or can occasionally result from network failures, causing your log in session to be lost by the Ebay servers.

Have you placed any manual bids via your Ebay account recently?

yes I scheduled a snipe on the item before I changed my password.

and to your second question: I did not recently put any manual bid via Ebay account directly after haing changed the password or recently.

For a snipe that you scheduled previously to work and for you to win, the credentials that you used when you scheduled it must still be valid.

I suggest first that you type in your credentials from scratch to log in here on Gixen once more... and do the same on Ebay, do not use credentials saved by your browser.

If that reveals no issues then I suggest you do place a manual bid and see if there any blockages that Ebay has placed on your account.

If still no result, I would enable the Gixen socks proxy and the log into Ebay and do the same again.
