If it is for incorrect password entry it will be temporary. So you can try again in an hour or so, once you have checked that you can still log in to Ebay with those same credentials.
If you are certain that you are entering the correct credentials then you may need to request instructions on setting up the Gixen socks proxy. That information is only supplied on a need to know basis so would require an email from you direct to Mario at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above. Please always include your Ebay id in such communication.
