Locked out of account

I am attempting to log in and getting an error message that my password is incorrect, etc. and the Gixen desktop app is giving the same errors - can't find country, error 101 could not log in, could not get list, API returned error 101, etc.

I am already logged in to eBay, with no problem. This seems to be the same weird behavior that Gixen exhibited last year.

What can I do to get this corrected so that I can use this service that I am paying for?

I was finally able to log in to the Gixen website, but now I get an error message that I need to update my Gixen Desktop Manager. I am trying to find where the latest version has been posted.

I deleted the GDM from my system and downloaded it again - I believe it's an updated version, but I don't know the date of the most recent release and that information is very difficult to find here.

Anyway, I reinstalled, fired it up, logged in, and immediately got locked out of my account again.

What is going on?

When you had reinstalled, did the Gixen Desktop Manager then prompt you to enter your Ebay credentials from scratch?
