I had to change my ebay user name and my password again as it was giving me trouble, I had over 100 gixen snipes that were added after the name change but now I See that Gixen couldn't get through, these were items that i really wanted. and they were lost at only one other bidder at the lowest base price. crushing i don't feel like re entering everything . I guess i will keep from gixen a while

I am not sure what you are saying happened here.

If you change any credential on Ebay, while snipes are active here, that effectively cancels them and you have to enter them again.

This has always been a feature deliberately designed into the operation of Gixen.

Are you saying there is something that Gixen did wrong, in which case please can you explain in more detail what you think it is?

Can you give some examples of failed snipes, if they remain unexplained?.. The status that Gixen gave them after the auction had completed is also useful in helping to explain what the issue was.
