Hello, I subscribed to the mirror service two weeks ago but the desktop does not appear to recognise my EBay user. i.e. the Main standard 6 second offset is shown on the Gixen desktop but the Offset Mirror is N/A. I have tried downloading the software again but same result.
How do I correct this to recognise my subscription so the bid is from both main and mirror ?

Is Gixen49 your Ebay id, John?
When you log in to the web interface above, and then select the Mirror tab, is that recognising your subscription?
Is it possible that your Mirror subscription might have been associated with a different Ebay account? If that is the case you can transfer the subscription between Ebay accounts on the Settings page after you log in here.

Many thanks.
No my Ebay name is different. Should I have used it for this forum?
I have looked in the settings and my mirror subscription is not enabled.
As I have a bid running at present I will wait until the end before attempting to transfer my details from mirror to main However, I have not made any changes to my EBay name or login since subscription so dont understand why it has been lost in the system.
Does the mirror time have to be set the same time as the main (eg 6 seconds)?

Looked at mirror a/c transfer but not applicable because I have not changed my Ebay user name. Subscription appears to be lost for some reason. I will email confirmation to support.

Many thanks for investigating, apologies. I would have never guessed I was registered in that (wrong) user.
I have transferred as you instructed and mirror subscription now appears to be activated OK in my correct EBay user name.
