sniper bids did not win /submitted

Hi,
191740653131 was not won even I put more than asking price, even no bidders.
Another one as recently as last week where I bid higher than the winning price and over the margin .

Both were supposedly won by me.
I have never experienced these before since I was using Gixen.
Actually I was inclined to join " paid " Gixen, however I was upset for these experiences for the past 10 days or so.

Please let me know why these losses happened.
