Cannot log in

Hi, I can not log in. Doubl echecked with ebay, but my passwort change is at least one week ago and I have been able to work with Gixen since then. Any ideas what I can do? THanks for your hepl. Oliver

Are you unable to log in to the web interface here, or via the Gixen Desktop Manager or both ?

When trying to log in here, what specifically is the error message that you get?

Having the same problem here. Didn't change a thing, logging out and in on ebay works...

I had the same unable to login issue, which finally I was able to resolve by using Firefox and setting up the gixen proxy as recommended.

I still cannot login to gixen in chrome nor safari, but I've been able to login to ebay directly from any browser no issue.

Add me to the problem. I can login to ebay from any browser but cannot login to Given here or via the Desktop Manager. I was able to about two weeks ago although I did have some similar problems for awhile. Now, in order of presentation as I start the Manager -

..Can not get user country, using default
..ERROR(101): COULD NOT LOG IN
..Can not get item list, API returned: ERROR(101): COULD NOT LOG IN

I'm presently using Google Chrome.

What error do you get when you try to log in via the web interface here?

rszanti, what version of Gixen Desktop Manager are you using?

Please make sure you have the latest version. Then log in to the web interface, if this is the first time using Gixen. After that you will no longer get this error message in GDM.

I haven't changed my password, and have no problems signing in to ebay.
Gixen is refusing password though.
Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem as the previous post. Ebay log in works fine, haven't changed password, but gixen reports that "Password is not a match. Could not log you in. eBay refused your password." It has worked fine in the past.

jetx777, on the error message you receive there is a number of points on how to resolve the problem. Please follow steps described on link posted on point 6. That will fix the issue.
